It is our loyalty program, designed to offer you exclusive benefits. By joining the Falconeri Club, you can earn points by shopping both in our stores and online (after logging into your account) and reach three different Status levels, each with its own dedicated benefits. Falconeri Club members will be able to benefit from exclusive advantages, dedicated initiatives, members-only promotions, and special purchasing opportunities, communicated through the brand’s official channels. The program includes:

1. For all Statuses:
• On the occasion of the Customer's birthday, and exclusively in the period between 7 days before and 28 days after the date of the birthday, they will be entitled to receive double points on purchases made (in points of sale or on the e-commerce site).

2. For WOOL Status holders:
• Free standard shipping and free returns on online orders

3. For SILK Status holders:
• 10% discount on all full-price purchases while the Customer maintains the Status. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. Special price).
• Free express shipping and free returns on online orders

4. For CASHMERE Status holders:
• 20% discount on all full-price purchases while the Customer maintains the Status. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. Special price).

We inform you that you can register in three ways:

• You can register for the programme at a Falconeri store.
• You can sign up on the website. By creating an online account, you'll be automatically registered for our Falconeri Club loyalty programme.
• You can also register by contacting Customer Service.

Make sure to identify yourself before placing your purchase: on the website, by logging into your account, or in store, by providing the first and last name associated with your Falconeri Club membership. Points will be automatically added to your account for every purchase made at participating stores or online, after logging in. You will receive 1 point for every euro spent, rounded down (for example, 1,99 € = 1 point). Points will be credited and recorded by the system within 24 hours and up to a maximum of 15 days from the transaction date, both for online purchases and in-store purchases. If after this period, the points are still not visible, please check if you correctly identified yourself as a Falconeri Club member at the time of purchase and contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

You can request at any time to be unsubscribed from the Falconeri Club by contacting Customer Service or by accessing the dedicated section on the website at the following link.
