How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to UPS pick-up points is completely free of charge for all orders. The cost of delivery with express courier is €9,00 and is free for all orders above €300.
Who will be delivering my order?
UPS will take care of your delivery. In the shipping confirmation email you will find the link to track your package. Order before noon (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 48 hours. Any orders made after that time will leave our warehouses on the next business day. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed.
Can I make an order and send it to a different country from my own?
Yes, if the receiver is outside your country, you have to place your order from Falconeri website of the receiver's country by selecting "change shipping Country". So, please make sure that the billing and shipping addresses are both within the same country.
Can I choose the date and time of delivery?
No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
Can I have my order delivered to a UPS Access Point™?
You can select a UPS Access Point™ of your own liking before confirming the payment and you can collect the parcel at a time most convenient for you. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been delivered to the selected UPS Access Point™. When collecting the parcel, please remember to bring along an official identification document in case it is required by the UPS Access Point™ staff.
What is the delivery time to UPS Access Points ™?
Your order will be delivered within 2-5 days. With custom items, the standard delivery time may be extended up to additional 2 business days. During the holiday period (national holidays, Christmas, etc.) or during the sales periods, the preparation and delivery time of orders may be slightly longer than the period indicated on the website. You can pick up the package at the time that suits you best.
I didn't collect my order from the UPS Access Point™ on time. How can I receive a refund?
If you do not collect the parcel within 10 days, it will be returned to sender. You will receive an email informing you of the refund via the same payment method used when placing the order. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.
