Yes, you can return the items for free through the online return procedure in the "Follow your order/return" section. The items must be returned in a single shipment. You'll be refunded via payment method you originally used for your purchase. For orders paid with cash on delivery, please send your IBAN information to our Customer Service so a refund can be issued. It is not possible to make changes (quantity/size and/or add/remove items) to orders made at falconeri.com.

You have the possibility to cancel your order directly from "Follow your order/return" section within 15 minutes from the purchase. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can return them for free once you receive your parcel to receive the refund. See the "Returns" section for more information.
