How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "Orders/Returns" section in your account.
If you are not registered on falconeri.com, you can directly access the "Follow your order/return" section.
In this case you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated during the purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order through the "Track delivery" section.
What are the accepted payment methods?
On falconeri.com you can pay via: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, cash on delivery.
Can I return the items bought online?
Yes, you can return the items for free through the online return procedure in the "Follow your order/return" section. The items must be returned in a single shipment. You'll be refunded via payment method you originally used for your purchase. For orders paid with cash on delivery, please send your IBAN information to our Customer Service so a refund can be issued. I have just made an order online and want to change it, what can I do?
It is not possible to make changes (quantity/size and/or add/remove items) to orders made at falconeri.com.
I have just made an order online and want to cancel it, what can I do?
You have the possibility to cancel your order directly from "Follow your order/return" section within 15 minutes from the purchase. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can return them for free once you receive your parcel to receive the refund. See the "Returns" section for more information.
I need help with placing an order, what can I do?

- list of products that you want to order (quantity, color, size)
- contact details (name, surname, email address, phone number)
- delivery details (full address for home delivery or store)
- payment method (with credit card using a payment link or cash on delivery).

I have a promotional code, how can I use it when purchasing online?
After choosing the items, you need to go to the shopping bag and insert the code in the field "Promotional code". Remember to apply the code before continuing with checkout. We remind you that for each purchase you can use only one promotional code.
