On falconeri.com you can choose 2 different return methods:

1. Return to store always FREE
2. Return via courier FREE

Order on falconeri.com, try the goods on and if you're not sure about something, you can return them free of charge. The option of exchange is not possible in our system.
Remember you have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and make your return request.

How can I return items from an online order to a Falconeri store?
Follow these simple steps to return an item in a Falconeri store:

1. Access the order from "Order History" section in your account details or directly from "Follow your order/return" section, at the bottom of the webpage, by typing your order number and surname exactly as you entered it in your order.
2. Click on the "Return request" button and fill in the form by selecting the items and the reason for return.
3. Click on "In Store" and select the Falconeri store you wish to return your items to. The possibility of delivering the returned parcel to a store will be available 48 hours after the submission of the return request.
4. Prepare your package and return it to the selected store.

Returns to physical stores of sale items will be blocked 15 days before the last day of sale and will only be accepted by courier.
I have already filled in the return form online and want to change it, what can I do?
It is not possible to modify the electronic return form, once completed.
Can I keep the order after requesting a return to the store?
If you change your mind, you do not need to return the items to the store. Cancellation of the return process is not necessary.
Can I exchange the items from my order in the store?
This option is not available in our system. However, you can return the items you do not want to keep for free and place a new order.
How will I receive a refund for my in-store return?
The refund will be made using the payment method chosen for the online purchase.
In case you paid with cash on delivery, as soon as you receive an email about the arrival of your return at our warehouse, please contact us at hello@falconeri.com, where you will mention your order number and your bank account details (IBAN, SWIFT and beneficiary name).
When will I receive a refund for my in-store return?
The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (provided that we have received the returned items) or alternatively, after you delivered the returned products to the store.
The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.

How can I return items from an online order?
Follow these simple steps to return an item by courier:
1. Access the order from "Order History" section in your account details or directly from "Follow your order/return" section, at the bottom of the webpage, by typing your order number and surname exactly as you entered it in your order.
2. Click on the "Return request" button and fill in the form by selecting the items and the reason for return.
3. Drop off your return package at your nearest Speedex location. Returns are free of charge for members of My Intimissimi loyalty program.
4. You will be refunded through the refund method you chose during the return procedure once your items arrive to our warehouse and your return has been approved.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
You can return your purchase completely free of charge. To learn more about our return policy, click here.
I have ordered the wrong size/item/color. Can I exchange the item(s)?
The exchange service isn't possible, but you can return your item for free and make a new order.
Where can I find the return label?
The pre-paid label was included with your order.
I have submitted a return request but then I changed my mind and now I want to keep the items, what can I do?
If you change your mind and you don’t want to return the items anymore, just leave them out of the return box and we will make the adjustments accordingly.

Can I return several different orders in the same delivery?
Each order must be returned separately and include its return label in order for your refund to be processed correctly.

In case of a return, will I always be refunded the initial shipping costs?
The initial shipping costs you have paid will only be refunded when you have returned all the items in your order. Therefore, if you return only some of the items you ordered and keep others, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
