A: Chest circumference
Stand in front of a mirror and wrap the measuring tape around your body at the largest point of your chest. Hold the tape as close as possible against your body and make sure it is level at the back.
B: Waist circumference
Remove any clothes that prevent contact with the waistline. Hold one end of the measuring tape on your navel and wrap the tape around you, behind your back and back to the front, on your natural waistline. Make sure the tape is close against your skin without being too tight.
C: Hip circumference
Remove any clothes to obtain a precise measurement. Stand with your feet together and position the end of the measuring tape on one hip, then wrap it around your body. Make sure you measure the point where the hips are fullest.
