I have just made an order online and want to change it, what can I do?
It is not possible to make changes to orders made at falconeri.com. Therefore, it is not possible to change the quantity/size and/or add/remove items.
I need help with placing an order, what can I do?
Please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to place an order on your behalf with credit card as the payment method (you will receive an email with a payment link).
We kindly ask you to send us the following information:
- list of products that you want to order (quantity, color, size)
- contact details (name, surname, email address, phone number)
- delivery details (full address for home delivery or store).
If you are already registered on our website, please indicate whether you want us to place your order as a logged-in registered user or as a guest. We would like to assure you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.
I have not received my order yet, what should I do?
You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section in your Falconeri Club account. If you have not registered on the website, you can directly access the "Follow your order/return" section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order through the "Track delivery" section.
Can I return the items bought online?
On falconeri.com you can always change your mind: buy your items, try them on in the comfort of your own home and if you're not sure about something you can return them free of charge. You'll be refunded in no time via the payment method you chose during the return procedure. You have up to 30 days from when you receive the goods to change your mind. The returned items must be sent to Falconeri SRL in a single shipment. You can read more in our Conditions of Sale and in the Return Section.

You can always contact us via webform, phone, chat, or by writing to hello@falconeri.com. Customer Service is active from Monday to Saturday from 01:00 AM to 05:00 PM, all year long except the following holidays:
