I have just made an order online and want to change it, what can I do?
It is not possible to make changes to orders made at falconeri.com. Therefore, it is not possible to
change the quantity/size and/or add/remove items.
I have not received my order yet, what should I do?
You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section in your
Falconeri Club account. If you have not
registered on the website, you can directly access the
"Follow your order/return"
section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the
surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order through the
"Track delivery" section.
Can I return the items bought online?
On falconeri.com you can always change your mind: buy your items, try them on in the comfort of your
own home and if you're not sure about something you can return them free of charge. You'll be
refunded in no time via the payment method you originally used to make your purchase. You have up to
30 days from when you receive the goods to change your mind. The returned items must be sent to
