What is "Falconeri Club" loyalty card and why sign up?
It is a loyalty program which, through collection of points on "Falconeri Club" loyalty card, provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and gives the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging in to your account). What are the advantages of being a "Falconeri Club" member?
Falconeri Club members can enjoy numerous discounts, promotions, opportunities to win prizes and special initiatives, which will be suitably publicized and communicated from time to time. Specifically, the following discounts are defined as of now:
1. For all Statuses:
On the occasion of the Customer's birthday, and exclusively in the period between 7 days before and 28 days after the date of the birthday, they will be entitled to receive double points on purchases made (in-stores or on the e-commerce site).
2. For "WOOL" Status holders:
• Free standard shipping and free returns on online orders
3. For "SILK" Status holders:
• 10% discount on all full-price purchases while the Customer maintains the Status. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. extraordinary prices).
• Free express shipping and free returns on online orders
4. For "CASHMERE" Status holders:
• 20% discount on all full-price purchases while the Customer maintains the Status. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. extraordinary prices).

How can I sign up for the "Falconeri Club" loyalty program?
You can register in two ways:
- ON THE WEBSITE:
if you have registered correctly on our website, you will receive an email with the codes of the virtual card within 24 hours of registration.. If you wish to convert your virtual card into a physical card, you can go to the nearest store and request a replacement. The account can be created in a few steps on Falconeri Account Registration and you can register with your existing Loyalty card or your email to obtain a virtual card. - IN FALCONERI STORES
After obtaining the card, you can activate it by registering online. Keep in mind you have to use the same e-mail and phone number for the registration that you used in the store.
I cannot complete the "Falconeri Club" loyalty card registration on the website, how can I proceed?

How do I collect points on my "Falconeri Club" card?
If you are making a purchase in a store, please remember to identify yourself before issuing the receipt by presenting your "Falconeri Club" card or indicating your surname and name used during activation. If you want to place an online order, you must log in to your "Falconeri Club" account before completing the order. One (1) point will be earned for every two U.S. dollar ($2.00) spent, rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g., $2.99 = 1 point). Loyalty points will be credited to your card for every purchase in one of the Falconeri points of sale participating in the initiative. You can find the complete rules at the following

When will the points accumulated on my "Falconeri Clubi" card be displayed?
The points will be loaded and accounted for by the system from 24 hours to 15 days following the
date of the transaction (online and in stores). If after 15 days the points are still not visible in
your account, please check that the card has been correctly associated with the last purchase (if
in-store).
How to unsubscribe from the "Falconeri Club" program?
You can freely request at any time to be unsubscribed from the loyalty program by contacting our
Customer Service.
I lost my card, what should I do?
In case of loss or theft of your "Falconeri Club" card, you will have to go to any of the Falconeri
stores participating in the initiative to request a replacement: the point of sale will verify the
identification data, the lost card will be canceled and you will immediately receive a new one that
will allow you to recover any points already accumulated and not used.
