Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico | For standard shipping, it takes up to 15 business days to arrive. We currently offer (2nd Day Air) shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that the shipping to Puerto Rico is not currently available.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery to your home address (3 - 8 business days) and pickup in store (3 - 8 business days) are completely free. Express delivery (2 business days) is $25.00.
After I place my order, when can I expect it to be shipped?
For both standard and express shipping, all orders must be placed before 12:00PM EST for orders to be processed within the same day. All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. You may experience some delay in order processing and shipping during holidays and sale period.
Can I make an international order?
If you would like the item to be shipped outside the United States, you must select "Change shipping country". Please make sure that the billing and shipping addresses are both in the same country.
Can I choose the date and time of delivery?
No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
Can I have my order sent to a Falconeri store?
Yes. While placing your order, make sure to select a store. Delivery to store is free on all orders.
I requested in-store delivery. How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?
The estimated delivery time to the store is 3 - 8 business days from the date of shipment from our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been delivered at the selected store. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) you may experience slight delay with the processing of your order. However, we will do our best to comply with the delivery times stated on our site.
I did not pick up my online order in store on time, how do I receive a refund?
In case you do not pick up your order within 10 days from delivery to the store, you will receive an email informing you that the refund will be processed through the same payment method used when placing your order. Visibility of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and provider.
