To benefit from these advantages, you must become a member of the "Falconeri Club": the release of the "Falconeri Club" (hereinafter "Falconeri Club") and its use are governed by the following conditions (hereinafter also "Regulations"), which the "receiving customer" must read carefully. All "Falconeri" stores, whether directly managed by © CALZEDONIA USA (so-called "direct stores"), which are affiliated and therefore, managed by other company names (so-called "affiliated shops"), who participate in the initiative. Italian national territory.
This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program involving the collection of points on a card, the so-called "Falconeri Club" and releasing exclusive benefits to the holders of this card. The purpose of the initiative is to build customer loyalty through a program that provides benefits to customers in possession of the "Falconeri Club" card. As is specified in the introduction, in point 7 ("Operating modes") and point 10 ("Program interruption - Card Deactivation - Miscellaneous"), the "Falconeri Club" is not subject to expiration.
End customers aged 18 or over, who are members of the "Falconeri Club" according to the registration and operating procedures indicated below.
The "initial" card with the acquisition of "Wool" status, can be issued to the Customer in hard copy, directly at the point of sale or in "digital" format by accessing the site www.falconeri.com/falconericlub or by contacting customer care at 800987363. In any case the customer must "activate" the aforementioned card by registering on the website www.falconeri.com/falconericlubor by contacting customer care at 800 987 363 or at the Falconeri sales point with the support of the sales assistant. Registration for the “Falconeri Club” loyalty program will require the creation of a specific “My Falconeri” account which will allow the Customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce site. The "initial" card delivered to the Customer can immediately be used by linking it with a possible purchase, but this purchase will be considered valid for the purposes of crediting the points only when the card is "activated": the date of registration to the program will be that between the date of the first purchase and the registration/activation date. The registration systems will prevent minors from enrolling in the loyalty program. Activation/registration takes place in compliance with the privacy legislation. The "Falconeri Club" is personal and non-transferable. No Customer can activate more than one card during its validity. The "Falconeri Club" is for private and non-commercial use only. In case of loss or theft of their "Falconeri Club" card, the Customer must go to any of the Falconeri sales points participating in the initiative to request its replacement: once the data of the Customer has been verified, the lost/stolen Card will be canceled and the Customer will immediately receive a new one that will allow them to recover any points already accumulated and not used and the relative "status". The Customer can freely request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time, by contacting customer care at 800987363, or on the website www.falconeri.com/falconericlub.
The "Falconeri Club" will give the customer the opportunity to reach 3 different STATUS' by accumulating
points on purchases. Depending on the status to which the Customer belongs, they will receive increasing
rewards. "Wool" Status:
Loyalty points will automatically be loaded on the activated "Falconeri Club" card with each purchase in one of the "Falconeri" points of sale participating in the initiative, or through the e-commerce site www.falconeri.com, to the value of one point for each euro spent. For the calculation of the points, the decimals will also be treated as such (for example € 1.99 = 1.99 points). In reference to the Falconeri Outlet stores, please note that purchases made in the aforementioned stores will only generate points in the event of the purchase of "in season" products in the "front line" corners, if present. The accumulation of points for the purchases of "off-season" products is always excluded. The crediting of points resulting from purchases made on the e-commerce site, will be possible only after entering the card data in your e-commerce account. The combination of the Card with the e-commerce account must be performed only once and will be stored by the system for subsequent purchases. To be entitled to points, the Customer must identify themselves before issuing the receipt by presenting their "Falconeri Club" card or indicating their surname and first name or the e-mail address issued for the activation of the card. In case of purchases through e-commerce, the Customer will have to access their Account by entering their credentials. Failure to identify the Card holder in the manner indicated above, will not allow points to be loaded, nor will loading be possible later. The Customer can see their accumulated points balance at any time by requesting it at any of the "Falconeri" points of sale participating in the initiative, by consulting the website www.falconeri.com/falconericlub by logging into their account or by contacting customer care at 800 987 363. Points will be loaded and accounted for by the system on a daily basis; in case of technical unforeseen events, they can be loaded within a longer period of maximum 15 days. Returns will generate the points charge according to the same criterion as the credit. The issue of "Falconeri Gift/eGift Card" will generate the credit of the related points. Subsequent purchases paid partially/in total with Gift/eGift Card by the card owner will therefore not generate any credit of points for the value of the receipt paid with Gift/eGift Card. Campaigns for doubling or tripling points may be envisaged, for which adequate publicity will be given. The Card does not in any way constitute a payment card; the points accumulated in it cannot be transferred or converted into money or products.
Customers holding the Card will also be able to collect points through purchases made within the points
of sale in the Countries indicated in the table below. The collection of the aforementioned points, will
enable them to be credited and achieve the status and use of prizes provided for in this regulation, in
the Italian national territory. The loyalty points will be loaded onto the Customer's Card to the extent
of the conversion shown in the table below. Exclusively for purchases made in Russia, loyalty points
will be credited upon presentation of the “Falconeri Club” Card.

Customers who are part of the "Falconeri Club" can benefit from numerous discounts, promotional operations, prize operations and special initiatives, which will be adequately advertised and communicated from time to time. Specific notice of such changes, suspensions or interruptions will be given by the inclusion of a suitable notice on the website www.falconeri. com and/or in the stores participating in the initiative. Without prejudice to any other right provided for by law, including the right to compensation for damage, © CALZEDONIA USA may revoke the Customer's right to use the Card and deactivate it if the Card is used in violation of the conditions set out in these Regulations, or in the event of abusive or damaging use of the image of the "Falconeri" brand. Furthermore, after providing information, © CALZEDONIA USA reserves the right to deactivate the “Falconeri Club” card and its activation/registration, in the event of non-use of the Card or inactivity of the Customer for a period exceeding 5 years. For the purposes of managing the Falconeri Club loyalty program and for administrative purposes, we may communicate your data to our service providers (e.g. IT services) and to the companies that manage the Falconeri points of sale in the various countries where the Falconeri loyalty program Club is active and to other third parties where there is a legal obligation to do so. How will the transfer of your data to non-EU countries be regulated?
Your data may be transferred outside the European Union territory, even in countries where the level of protection of personal data may be lower than that guaranteed by European legislation.
