Stand in front of a mirror, wearing a bra. Wrap the tape around your chest as closely as possible and make sure

B: Waist circumference
Remove any clothes that prevent contact with the waistline. Hold one end of the measuring tape on your navel and
wrap
the tape around you, behind your back and back to the front. Make sure the tape is close against your skin
without being
too tight.
C: Hip circumference
Remove any clothes to obtain a precise measurement. Stand with your feet together and position the end of the
measuring
tape on one hip, then wrap it around your body.
