E-GIFT CARD “Brand FALCONERI” CONDITIONS

ABOUT THE E-GIFT CARD

The E-GIFT CARD can be purchased online from the website us.falconeri.com. It is non-personal and can be used for future purchases or as a gift for relatives or friends. The E-GIFT CARD will be sent by e-mail to the recipient indicated by the purchaser at the time of purchase, and can be used immediately to buy goods online, on the website us.falconeri.com, in accordance with the regulations set out below.

DURATION

CHARACTERISTICS

The E-GIFT CARD will be available in fixed amounts ($100,00 / $200,00 / $300,00 and $500,00) or in variable amount from a minimum of $100 to a maximum of $1000. The price of the card will not be subject to any discounts and/or promotions of any kind. It is strictly for private, non-commercial use only. There are no activation costs. It cannot be reloaded.
It is activated online, by paying the pertinent amount using one of the payment methods accepted on the website. At the time of purchase, the Customer will be sent a purchase confirmation e-mail, indicating the amount and explaining the characteristics of the card. The E-GIFT CARD can be used online, on the website us.falconeri.com (fully or partially, on one or more separate occasions), and in selected Falconeri physical stores.
Upon each purchase, the pertinent amount will be deducted from the remaining credit associated with the card. The holder may consult the balance and transactions of the E-GIFT CARD at any time on the website us.falconeri.com/gift-card.
If the value of the CARD is not redeemed in full by the expiry date, the customer will be entitled to no reimbursement of any kind. The E-GIFT CARD is valid in the following countries: US. It may not be used to purchase other E-GIFT CARDS. If the initial value of the card is insufficient for the purchase the holder wishes to make, the difference must be settled by using another methods of payment accepted. The amount shown on the card does not accrue interests, and may not be transferred to another CARD of any kind.
E-GIFT CARDS will not be accepted if they have been altered, never activated, tampered with or bear any indications other than the pre-printed indications. No hand-written additions will be accepted.

LOSS OR THEFT

The E-GIFT CARD is made out to the holder, and is equivalent to cash. If it is used improperly, lost, stolen or damaged (for example if the code is damaged or illegible), the card cannot be blocked, nor can it be replaced or refunded. The issuer declines all responsibility for improper or fraudulent use of the E-GIFT CARDS.

CONDITIONS

By purchasing and using the E-GIFT CARD, the holder accepts these conditions, set out on the website us.falconeri.com/gift-card. These regulations are valid from 06/06/2016 as long as no changes or additions are made, or until they are replaced.

PROPER USE OF THE E-GIFT CARD

The issuer reserves the right to verify the proper use of the E-GIFT CARD, and in the event of a proven breach of the regulations, to request its immediate return. Entitlement to the services connected with the card shall be immediately withdrawn in the event of misuse of the E-GIFT CARD on the part of the holder.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

If the purchaser intends to exercise the right to cancel following the purchase of an E-GIFT CARD, the procedure indicated at point 8 of the “Conditions of Purchase” set out on the website us.falconeri.com shall apply.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The purchaser of the E-GIFT CARD must provide their personal data, which will be processed by the data holder in compliance with the regulations in force governing personal data protection, as specified in the information provided in the “Data Protection” section.

COURT OF JURISDICTION

Any disputes regarding the use of the E-GIFT CARD shall be governed by United States Law.
