Can I customize my garments?
Yes, you can customize garments online. However, the service is not available on all products. By accessing the desired garment page if the garment is customizable, you will find the "CUSTOMIZE" button. In a new window you will be able to choose the position, color and font for the embroidery design. You can customize your garments with initials, dates and words for up to 10 characters. Please note that only Latin alphabet characters (without diacritics) are accepted. For all information regarding personalization, please see our Terms of Sale.
What is the cost of personalization? What payment methods are allowed?
The cost for the personalization service is 10£. All available payment methods are allowed.
Can I have my garment customized at a Falconeri store?
No, unfortunately we still do not have that option for your country.
Is it possible to customize an item I have previously purchased?
Unfortunately, this option is not possible. Customization can be done before finalizing the order by selecting "CUSTOMIZE" on the product page.
Can I pick up my customized product at a point of sale?
Yes, you can pick up your personalized item purchased online at the point of sale by selecting "Pick up at point of sale" at the check-out stage.
What will my personalized product look like? And how can I take care of the personalized product?
Your personalized item will be delivered to you with the customization options you chose when you placed your order online. There may be traces of water-soluble material used in the embroidery packaging on the personalized item you receive. This is a protective layer that you can easily remove by washing the garment with a mild detergent. The position of the embroidery displayed on the images on the site is purely indicative. We would like to remind you that the embroidery is done by hand by our embroiderers, so each customization is to be considered unique.
Can I return a custom garment?
Personalized products are made especially for you. Therefore, they cannot be returned except in the following cases:
  • wrong position than the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
  • wrong color compared to the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
  • wrong embroidery (initials or word) compared to the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
  • wrong font compared to the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
  • pulled thread in the embroidery.


  • Please note that products customized and shipped with the "in-store pickup" option must be picked up in-store within the 10-day deadline from the delivery notification e-mail. After the pickup deadline has passed, return and refund of the customized product will no longer be possible.
