Personalized products are made especially for you. Therefore, they cannot be returned except in the following cases:
wrong position than the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
wrong color compared to the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
wrong embroidery (initials or word) compared to the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
wrong font compared to the one chosen and displayed in the preview of the on-site customization;
pulled thread in the embroidery.
Please note that products customized and shipped with the "in-store pickup" option must be picked up in-store within the 10-day deadline from the delivery notification e-mail. After the pickup deadline has passed, return and refund of the customized product will no longer be possible.
