Can I make an order and send it to a different country from my own?

When collecting the parcel, please remember to bring along an official identification document in case it is required by the UPS Access Point™ staff.
What is the delivery time to UPS Access Points ™?
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days. With custom items, the standard delivery time may be extended up to additional 2 business days. During the holiday period (national holidays, Christmas, etc.) or during the sales periods, the preparation and delivery time of orders may be slightly longer than the period indicated on the website. I didn't collect my order from the UPS Access Point™ on time. How can I receive a refund?
If you do not collect the parcel within 10 days, it will be returned to sender. You will receive an email informing you of the refund via the same payment method used when placing the order. The display of refund crediting may vary depending on the timing of your reference bank.
