HOW TO USE YOUR VOUCHER

ONLINE

your Falconeri Club account and start shopping. If you don't have an account yet, create one. Remember to link your loyalty card to earn loyalty points and enjoy vouchers.

In the shopping bag you will find your available vouchers. Select the one you want to apply and proceed to payment.

IN STORE

Before completing the purchase, identify yourself at the checkout by showing the SMS we sent you or by presenting your loyalty card. The voucher will be applied to your discount.

LEGAL NOTICE

The voucher can be redeemed both online and in store. It is not applicable on sale items and cannot be converted into cash or combined with any other voucher. In the case of returning goods, the voucher will not be reissued or converted into cash. To use the voucher online, make sure you are logged in and, if you have a physical card, that it is linked to your online account. Show this email at the checkout to use this voucher in store.
