How do I create a Falconeri account?
Under the LOGIN section, select LOG IN/REGISTER in the pop-up window and then REGISTER. From there, simply follow the instructions in the corresponding section or click on the following link.
Can I log into Falconeri website with my social network account? Where can I check my personal information?
Yes, we are happy to inform you that you can now log in with your social media account. Click on the LOGIN section in the upper right corner, choose the button of the social network you wish to log in with and follow the indicated steps.

Your personal information will be visible in the "My data" section on your profile. From there, you will be able to see and modify everything except the password. If you are logged in as a social media user, any personal data modification you make on the Falconeri website will not affect the data on your social network.

I forgot my Password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, while in the LOG IN/REGISTER section, click on "Forgotten your password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. After that, follow the instructions in the email you will receive.

Make sure you follow the password requirements:
- contains at least 8 characters,
- contains at least one number,
- contains at least one capital letter and a special character,
- does not contain spaces,
- cannot match the email address used for registration.

Try logging into your account with a new password.
Activation/Reset password link is not arriving to my email. What should I do?
If the email is not arriving to your Inbox, make sure to check "Spam" and/or "Promotions" folders. Also, make sure your inbox isn’t full and you are able to receive new emails. In case the email is not there, please contact us at hello@falconeri.com.
How can I update my information?
Log in to your account using the associated email address.
After logging in, click on "My profile" and from there you’ll be able to modify "My data", "Address Book" and "My Cards" sections.
I placed an order as an unregistered user. Can I add it to my account?
Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to be registered to place an order. Once entering the checkout choose to proceed as a guest.
What is the difference between Subscription to Newsletter and an Account?
By subscribing to the Newsletter, you will be receiving information about new promotions, arrivals, and brand news (subscription to Newsletter does not create an Account). If you decide to create an Account on our website, you will have the following benefits:
- Receiving news and exclusive offers
- Faster checkout
- Order history
- Save favorite items to your Wishlist
Is it possible to delete my Account?
Log in to your account using the associated email address.
After logging in, click on "My profile" and in the "My Data" section select DELETE ACCOUNT.
Please note that by deleting your account you will no longer have access to the Account benefits.
