What is the Falconeri Club loyalty card and why should you subscribe?
It’s a loyalty programme which enables cardholders to earn points on their Falconeri Club card, grants exclusive benefits to those cardholders and gives customers the opportunity to reach three additional STATUSES by earning points through making purchases either at our points of sale or online (after signing in to their account). What are the benefits of being a member of the Falconeri Club programme?
Falconeri Club members can enjoy numerous discounts, promotions, opportunities to win prizes and special initiatives, which will be suitably publicised and communicated from time to time. Specifically, the following discounts are defined as of now:

1. For all Statuses:
• On the occasion of the Customer's birthday, and exclusively in the period between 7 days before and 28 days after the date of the birthday, they will be entitled to receive double points on purchases made (in points of sale or on the e-commerce site).

2. For WOOL Status holders:
• For every receipt amount of 400 000 HUF or more, a 10% discount will be immediately applied to the full-price items on the receipt. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. extraordinary prices, Club prices).
• For every receipt amount of 1 600 000 HUF or more, a 20% discount will be immediately applied to the full-price items on the receipt. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. extraordinary prices, Club prices).
• Free express shipping and free returns on online orders.
• Free express shipping above 99.000 Ft purchase on online orders.

3. For SILK Status holders:
• 10% discount on all full-price purchases while the Customer maintains the Status. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. extraordinary prices, Club prices).
• Free express shipping and free returns on online orders

4. For CASHMERE Status holders:
• 20% discount on all full-price purchases while the Customer maintains the Status. Items on sale or promotion are therefore excluded (e.g. extraordinary prices, Club prices).

How do you register for the Falconeri Club loyalty programme?
There are two ways to sign up:

  • In your local store, the shop assistants can sign you up with your email address (virtual loyalty card) or give you a physical card (if available) free of charge.
  • Or if you sign up correctly on our website, you’ll receive an email with the details of your virtual card within 24 hours. If you then decide you want to convert your virtual card into a physical one, you can visit your nearest store and ask for a physical card (if available at the store). Registration must be carried out directly on the falconeri.com website via link.
What happens if you can’t complete subscription to the Falconeri Club loyalty programme on the website?

When do you see the points you’ve earned on a Falconeri Club card?
Points will be loaded and will appear in the system between 24 hours and two weeks after the date of the transaction (online and in store). If you still can’t see your points after this time period, check that the card was correctly linked to your last purchase (if in store).
How do you unsubscribe from the Falconeri Club loyalty programme?
You can ask to unsubscribe from the loyalty programme at any time, by contacting Customer Services or accessing the site link.
